Hey guys! For your viewing pleasure, the writers of Tween Blog have a Trend Alert for you. We think a cool trend is getting your tips dyes and curling your hair. If you're a brunette dye your tips a Carmel or a blonde. If you're blonde go for a darker shade of yellow or a Carmel color. Make sure your hair is curled for the full effect. Now, here's the unique part. If you have light hair, curl it and dye your tips hot pink or purple. This will give you an edge. IPhone 5 Info And Pics

So many people today have iPhones. I wanted to tell you a few tips and tricks. 

1. Double click the home button to bring up multi tasking that allows you to play music, lock your screen, or delete your history of apps.

2. To deflect calls without having it ring for 5 minutes, you can double click the lock button this will send them straight to voicemail.

We also know the iPhone 5s release date expected around the 20th with the press conference on the tenth. It will feature ios7 which you can read about in our ios7 post. Most of the features are rumors but feel free to search iPhone 5 features. Some photos have been leaked and it is certain there will be a gold iPhone. Here are the pictures. 

We also happen to know about the iPhone 5C which is a plastic backed cheaper iPhone that I suitible for younger kids because nowadays we see 6 year olds with iPhones. Here is a leaked photo. 

Cute Shoes

Hey guys, I would love to tell you guys about some really cute shoes that are gorgeous for everyone. Here is what they're called...Knitted Shoes!!! They're only made with fabric and wool so they are nice and comfy. The shoes are knit so you can see really cool patterns. You can get them at most shoe stores. 

Path

Hey Guys! I would like to solve a problem that most of you guys have as Tweens and not teens. 

Do you ever beg your mom for a Facebook and does it end with an annoying and constant NO? Of Course, she is protecting you, but as our economy progresses, Tweens need social networking to communicate and stay in touch with each other. That's why I found an app called Path which is like a tween proof social networking site. Path allows you to chat,post pictures,show your location,and your favorite music/movies/books. Also, you can post status updates. The good thing is that Path can be adjusted to be completely safe. Only the people in your contacts can know you're on Path and only followers that you validate can see your posts. It's safe and cool. Show your parents and they will approve for sure!!

Jalapeño Shirt

I like designing shirts so when I came up with an idea to make a jalapeño shirt, I got right to work. First, I had to cut the shirt so it would fit like a cropped tank. Next, I had to print a picture of a jalapeño and then trace it on fabric. Next I put some iron on paper on it and ironed it on to the shirt. Then, I put some paint on to detail the jalapeño. Last, I painted jalapeño at the bottom.

Today I'm going to post about designing clothes and accessories with different supplies to create a completely unique look and style. Keep reading to find out how to own your style. 

Here are a few mediums that are a good start for accessories. 

1. Balloons (You can tie them onto flip flops a make necklaces out of them.)
